Spaghetti and Meatball Cupcakes

These cupcakes were a huge hit at my Superbowl Party this year. I made red velvet cupcakes and cream cheese icing to make the spaghetti. I took Ferrero Rocher hazelnut chocolates and rolled them in some raspberry jelly. Then I added some jelly to the top and grated some white chocolate to look like grated cheese. To give these cupcakes more of a realistic look, use sugar-free strawberry jelly.
