Christian's 1st Birthday Cake

Christian is Dawn's adorable little man, so for his first birthday, we knew it had to be amazingly awesome.  She could not get this Mickey Mouse club cake out of her mind, so we planned and were extremely excited about this cake.

The bottom Mickey tier was chocolate and peanut butter.  The Minnie tier was vanilla and dulce de leche.  The Donald Duck tier was vanilla cake with a lemon curd and fresh raspberry filling.  The Goofy hat and Mickey Mouse ears were made with styrofoam and cover with fondant.  We made Mickey's feet, Pluto's collar and Daisy's bow, to represent to other Disney characters.  The cake was an amazing success.
